When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of them being placed. It may take up to 48 hours during busy/seasonal periods. Orders are not shipped on Sundays, please allow a little longer on bank holidays too.

My order has been cancelled, how come?

Very rarely an item may be out of stock when purchased, this could be due to a technical hiccup or just an error made by our stock counting fairies. We all make mistakes ey! Don't worry though, we'll credit you with a full refund and an email notification.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We'd never post a broken item out to you, but very rarely items can get damaged in the post, this is obviously out of our control, but rest assured we're happy to refund you or send out a replacement if this ever happens. Just email with a picture of the damaged item and we'll sort out the rest.

I just made an order with you, i've checked my bank account and i've been charged, so where is my order confirmation email?

Fear not, you're in safe hands. You're absolutely correct, you should have received an email when we dispatch your order. Our first recommendation is to check your junk folder, if this fails, you may have entered your email address incorrectly at checkout. If this is the case, send us an email and with your correct email address and we'll make sure your confirmation is sent out.



What is your jewellery made from?

Our jewellery is primarily made from Sterling Silver 925, (92.5% silver), Zinc Alloy, Brass and Copper. Please refer to the product descriptions for specifics. Many of our rings are silver, gold or rhodium plated and some are invisibly e-coated to protect from tarnishing. If you have any specific requirements or allergy concerns please don't hesitate to drop us an email.

How do I look after my Jewellery

Sterling silver, contrary to popular belief, can tarnish if it comes into contact with oxygen or sulphur for too long. This may cause a slight discoloured effect. Fortunately 925 sterling silver is less susceptible to tarnishing than its purer .950 sister. It is also fairly easy to restore your silver to its former glory, simply wearing your silver jewellery regularly will keep help reduce tarnishing because your skin will release oils that can keep it clean. Also try to avoid things that have sulphur in them, such as eggs, mustard and mayonnaise. Chlorine and direct sunlight are a big NoNo too. Baking soda and water is a good home remedy for cleaning silver. For coated jewellery, avoid bathing/showering with this on and make sure you store it somewhere where it won't oxidise.
