How do I return/exchange an item?

Provide as much information as you can and specify whether you would like to return or exchange the item. A member of our returns department will be in contact with you shortly and will provide a returns address so you can send your item(s) back to LVNDR.
How long do I have to return the item(s) after purchase if i'm unhappy?
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days after purchase to return your item(s) if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
What do I need to do once you've contacted me about my return request?
You will need to send the item(s) back to us. Once we've received them and have validated their condition, we'll process your refund or can offer a credit note/exchange should you request it.
If i'm returning an item(s) to you do I need to pay for postage?
If you are unhappy with the item(s) you will need to pay any additional postage charges involved in sending the product back to us. If the item is faulty/defective LVNDR pays the postage charge.
How long does it take for my refund to appear in my account?
Please allow 5 working days after we receive the item(s) back for re-funds to be re-credited in your account (this timescale is sometimes dependent on your bank).
What if my item is faulty?
We would never ever send out a faulty item to you, but if your item(s) appear to have been damaged in the post or there are any other issues, send an email to email@example.com with a clear photograph of the damage and we'll help resolve the problem for you as quick as possible.
